Who we are
CheckoutReceipt is a small independent project, online since April 2026. There are no investors and no big team: just a couple of people who build the templates, write the code and answer the emails. Ciara Sandner, our Head of Growth, looks after marketing and content and writes our receipt maker comparisons and buyer's guides.
Why we built it
Receipts go missing. They fade in wallets, get thrown out before a return, or never get issued at all. Recreating one shouldn't need design software or an accountant, so CheckoutReceipt works like a form: pick a store template or receipt type, fill in your details, and download it in seconds. The free version adds a watermark. Pro removes it and saves your own templates.

Where we stand
CheckoutReceipt is for honest record-keeping and creative work. The watermark on free exports is there by design. Our Terms of Service set out what the service may and may not be used for, and our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your data.
